Who's it for?

Any adult drug user over 18, residing in South and West Bradford with an opiate/opiod (e.g. heroin) problem.

What we offer

All clients are in care planned treatment and will have access to a physical health assessment as well as a comprehensive assessment with regard to their drug use. A physical health nurse is on site during clinic hours to offer sexual health screening, testing for blood borne viruses and immunisation against Hepatitis B and to deal with any other healthcare needs such as wound care. Advice and information regarding safer injecting and harm reduction is available.Community prescribing is provided and there are on site doctors. Alongside prescribing all clients will have a key worker who provides counselling, using techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing. There is also support and help to access other services such as employment, training and education, housing provision and debt advice
