Who's it for?
Any adult drug users residing in hostel accommodation in Bradford who requires information, advice, support or treatment.
What we offer
A dedicated hostel liaison worker runs weekly clinics at all of the main establishments in Bradford and provides additional cover on a peripatetic basis.
Advice, information, assessment, care planning and key working are provided in house. Clients who require prescribing interventions will be required to access a treatment service to see the doctor, but help and support attending appointments is available. Training, support and consultancy is available to professionals.
